Welcoming staff and great service. The room had a lovely cozy atmosphere, and it was newly designed with a nice view. 😊

The breakfast is extremely poor, with only 2 items plus coffee available. Bread or toast were never offered. Very, very poor breakfast.

Rooms are renovated and confortable; position is excellent and close to REd Square and to Metro stations ; although the rate is high compared to the western style, it was the cheapest in the area (but also in quality).
I stayed 3 nights - the second night I found myself and all my luggage - without my approval - moved to another room with (sealed) windows to the street where they were remaking the ground and working loud all night. Breakfast extremely poor, I had to go to the bar outside the hotel every morning;

This small hotel was an incredible base for relaxing and having fun in Moscow. The stunning rooms were silent and offered great views. The staff was exceptionally nice and welcoming, and they recommended a great restaurant for dinner.

It is situated in city center
brekfast was very poor. When I asked the girl waiter to give me one more pancake, she said "we have no more"...she was also cleaning the corridors after finished works in kitchen. 5 times electicity was missing in the hotel. there was no hot water a few times. Air conditioning did not work in the room. in standard rooms there is no wardrobe. masters were working in the hotel during day. take an iron with you just in case....

Location of the hotel is realy great. Everything is close, Red square , Bolshoi and Maliy Theater, a lot of other theaters. Lots of Cafe and restaurants around. Hotel is clean and the staff was very helpfull.
Next to the hotel there is a bar, so in the night you can hear pretty well the music in the room. So take with you earplugs or join the party in the bar :) For those who are preparing to go there in december 2012, think again, as there is a road work next to the hotel, and 80% of the work is done in the night. As for breakfast : enjoy eggs everyday :)

The room was great. Try to get the one at the end of the corridor on the left as you turn into the passage from the lift.

The hotel is lovely, small, and nicely decorated. It is in a very nice area adjacent to essential sites like the Kremlin and nearby nightclubs. The breakfast offers a lot of coffee, tea, and pastries. The staff is respectful. The room is brand-new, extremely pleasant, has a high ceiling, a TV, and a good view. The hotel is in the best possible location, close to a lavish neoclassical repertory theater. They offer early check-in and late check-out.

The location of the hotel was outstanding, right in the center of the city and within walking distance of all the major attractions. the room was beautifully decorated, with elegant furnishings and a warm atmosphere. I especially loved the high ceilings and the view of the lights from the street outside. It truly gave the room a special and romantic touch.
One major downside of my stay was the noise from the nearby nightclub. Unfortunately, on two of the nights, the loud music and bass went on until the early hours of the morning, making it impossible to get a good night's sleep.

This hotel had a fantastic location close to all central attractions. I loved that I could easily walk to nearby nightclubs for a night out. The staff was super friendly and accommodating, and the facilities were very clean.
No negatives from this place.

I had a fantastic stay at a boutique hotel in the heart of the city. The location was perfect for exploring all the major attractions, shopping, and dining options. The staff was welcoming and professional, and the room was comfortable, clean, and nicely furnished. The shower and bathroom were in good condition, and the towels and linens were clean. The breakfast had a great selection of food, including vegetarian options. I was able to check in earlier and have a late checkout, which was very convenient. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a boutique experience in a great location.
